I bring more than three decades of global leadership experience across developed and emerging markets. My career spans investment banking, M&A, and corporate leadership, including senior roles at global financial institutions and CEO positions in both growth and restructuring environments.

 

I have led teams, managed complex stakeholder relationships, and made decisions under pressure where the cost of getting it wrong was real. I understand the weight of responsibility that comes with senior leadership, not as a theory, but as lived experience.

 

Today, that experience informs my work as an executive coach and strategic thought partner. I combine it with academic research, sports psychology, and ICF-accredited coaching to support leaders in developing clarity, confidence, and effectiveness under pressure.

My role is not to advise, direct, or prescribe. It is to help leaders think more clearly, see more fully, and strengthen their own judgment. I do not replace decision-making authority. I help leaders use it more effectively.

I have held senior leadership roles across leading global institutions including JP Morgan, UBS, HSBC, Standard Bank, DLJ, Barings, and Nomura. Highlights include:

  • building and leading top-ranked equity sales, research, and trading teams

  • managing landmark capital markets transactions

  • serving as Managing Director in investment banking and M&A

  • leading major restructuring initiatives

  • holding CEO roles in start-up and turnaround environments

 

I also serve as an Independent Board Member and Chair of the Finance and Governance Committee for Active Surrey, bringing commercial and governance perspective to leadership.
